Our  custom electric slip rings are built to order, and are also known as swivels, rotators, or rotary electrical connectors.  They are used to transfer power or signals between stationary and rotating machine elements.  We have been manufacturing slip rings since 1952 so we have many options available, including fibre optic swivels and high temperature units.

HYDRAULIC SWIVELS

Our powerful non-licensed radio remote controls have six or twelve on/off functions to control any stationary or mobile process where it is difficult or impossible to run wires.  Uses include many industrial applications including cranes, actuators, valves, gates, conveyors and many more.

ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE HEAT EXCHANGERS

Our OEM hydraulic swivels also known as hydraulic rotary swivels, are precision components designed to transfer fluid from a stationary source to a rotating piece of machinery.  Because we use SolidWorks solid modeling and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to meet customer specifications it is easy for us to combine them with our electric slip rings.

ROTARY ELECTRIC SLIP RINGS

Our heat exchangers are used to cool sealed NEMA 4 and 4X electrical enclosures. We like to replace air conditioners and vortex compressed air coolers because of our superior efficiency  and reduced kW draw. We use heat pipes as the transferring medium in our air-to-air units because this is the best best to do it.  Stainless steel, UL fans, no problem!
